Strong experience on designing REPOSITORY from scratch AND Public Sector/ Government experience

 

Someone who has Large Enterprise OR broad Health & Human or Government services experience, to address the design/ modeling aspect
OBIEE hands-on experience with designing repository's from scratch
Good communication skills

 

Hands-on experienced help in designing a repository from scratch that will work on an existing datawarehouse, presenting their users with a nice friendly interface that allows them

 

maximum flexibility in their Answers queries
Emphasis on use of OBIEE as an adhoc tool for use by 'authors' (our "Power Users"), rather than the collection of specific requirements for reports and dashboards or for very

use-case-specific user layers
