Job Title: Windows Mobile Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Full Time Position
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Work in a collaborative, team environment with a focus on designing and developing enterprise grade, native applications running on the Windows Phone, Windows RT platform(s).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop and maintain enterprise grade applications on the Windows Phone and RT platforms
Ensure development adheres to defined requirements and specifications
Ensure development maintains backwards compatibility for all platform API levels to create optimal integration and works properly across multiple devices and operating systems
Provide technical assistance to technical support group. Some direct customer support may be required.
Ensure that all developed programs are properly documented
Work closely with QA to ensure code is clean and bug free
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field and/or relevant work experience
Commercial experience developing enterprise applications utilizing Visual C++ and/or C#
Self-starter with independent work capabilities
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
Skilled with Data Structures, Object Oriented Concepts and Design Patterns
Solid grasp of client-server architecture
Experience integrating with web services
Experience developing native applications for the Windows Phone/RT platforms
Experience and/or exposure developing native applications on the Android and iOS platforms highly desired
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle multiple, high priority projects and tasks
Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with other team members across the R&D organization, product managers and senior management
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Visual C++
Visual C# highly desired
XAML
.NET Framework, v. 4.0 or higher highly desired
C#
Linq
Windows Phone 7/8 and/or WinRT platform experience
Silverlight or WPF experience highly desired
Visual Studio
Team Foundation Server
