Job Description:
· BI Architect will participate as the BI lead, to provide design oversight and serve as technical escalation point for the development, implementation and support of business intelligence solution.
· Provide SME knowledge, technical planning expertise in the areas of business intelligence architecture, solution design and development, performance tuning/optimization, access controls, implementation.
As Architect, you will be responsible:
· Determine how to structure the environment from a Data perspective -when to used Hyper files, Direct Connect, Gateways, publish datasets, live connection etc.
· Champion BI Governance to implements BI Lifecycle, environment configuration, setup and promotion to different environments
· Provide and Implement Best Practices, Roles and Groups for internal and external access.
· Directs and oversees high level strategic and tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and applications.
· Lead proof of concept efforts for candidate architectures and work on BI tool comparison and recommendations
· Assist in the remediation of application stability and performance.
· Responsible for leading the design of business intelligence applications.
· Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Experience:
· Minimum 14+ years’ experience in designing solution, administration, analyzing, user requirements
· Minimum 12+ years of experience creating reports, dashboards, and/or summarizing large amounts of data into actionable intelligence to drive business decisions using Tableau
· Minimum 8+ years working knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL) and demonstrated ability to create ad-hoc SQL queries to analyze data, create prototypes etc. with MS SQL Server, Oracle
· Demonstrated ability to champion change, influence and drive results in a complex organization
· Ability to lead workshops or training sessions within a user community
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:
· Sr. Tableau Developer will participate as the BI lead, translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and interface with internal team members and business users to ensure successful delivery of dashboards/reports on Tableau.
· Provide design oversight and serve as technical escalation point for the development, implementation and support of business intelligence solution.
As Sr. Tableau Developer, you will be responsible:
· Design, develop and test moderate to complex Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
· Provide Tableau best practices in performance tuning and user-centric design, proactive alerts etc.
· Mentor development team and business on how to story tell with data
· Drive workshops or training sessions with the business user community to further their knowledge and use of Reporting and Visualization tools.
· Provide solution design on use cases / migration projects
· Manage Tableau extracts on Tableau Server.
· Collaborate with users and developers to resolve dashboard, reporting and data related issues.
· Perform reports benchmarking, enhancements, optimizations, and platform analytics.
· Find key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth

· Identify and translate business needs and requirements into customized design and implementation of intuitive information dashboards, reports, and visualizations that are optimized for performance and use best practices.
· Leverage established guidelines and custom designs to create complex formulas and calculations to meet the needs of the business.

· We are looking for a Business Analyst who can help document Current state of the Data warehouse, Ask the right questions to multiple stake holders, identify gaps and can document detail use cases , draw end to end flow diagrams, capture technology foot print at our clients location in San Antonio.
· Important to understand and document detail requirements for Data Lakes, Data warehouse, Data Marts and Business Intelligence reporting requirements.
· Must have exposure and experience in large scale data warehouse implementations.
· Ability to drive deep dive discussions and document the current state is the key and require good communication skills.
