Description

· Solve complex problems by conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

· Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

· Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

· Will be responsible for delivering and maintaining frameworks, tools and standards to enable consistency in the environment, re-use and time to market of business functions.

· This person is expected to project manage and provide technical leadership on any team.

· Develop requirements, architecture, design and test plan documentation.

· Provide leadership and mentoring for other developers and contractors.

· Conduct research on emerging software, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
