| MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Need Only H1B or EAD GC Only Data Quality Analyst Primary ObjectiveThe Data Quality Analyst role is responsible for executing activities that capture the data validation requirements and manage those requirements through all successive phases of the project lifecycle to ensure the data conversion and migration meets the business and technical solution requirements as well as partner with the business and technical groups to ensure data standards and integrity is maintained. This position will serve as the liaison between the business subject matter experts and the project team, helping to drive data quality results. This project is global, large scale, high visibility, and cross-functional in nature. Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical groups to collect, document and understand data validation and migration requirements. • Prepare & test data for loading into internal systems which also includes communicating with technical teams as to load requirements, timing and testing. • Partner with the business and technical teams to develop and drive comprehensive data validation processes. • Build automated data validation scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy of data validation. • Monitor data validation progress, assist with issue capture and work across all project teams to resolve and communicate issues. • Develop and manage schedules to ensure deadlines are aggressively met. • Maintain requirements repository and ensure proper updating of requirements for completeness and correctness. • Build and leverage effective alliances across technical and business communities. • Participate in all phases of requirements gathering and facilitate the process. • Support knowledge transfer to training organization for training material development. • Assist in creating data audit processes and Key Performance Indicators to ensure consistent data maintenance procedures. • Facilitate data issue understanding and resolution to ensure data standards are understood, reported and maintained. Qualifications/Experience: Required Skills • Thorough working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Very strong attention to detail. • Experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions and use cases. • Experience with decomposing high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to remain engaged in and focused on repetitive tasks covering the same set of data points. • Strong relationship building and influencing skills that maintain effective partnerships across functional groups. • Heavy experience using Informatica Data Quality tool (IDQ) for the following functions • Data Profiling • Data Cleansing • Transformations • Joins • Experience with Text Editor Tools • Experience with SFTP/FTP • Bonus would be using these toolsets to do validation on SAP/SFDC data setsPreferred Skills • Familiarity with ERP Systems is preferred. • SAP experience a plus.Education & Experience • 4-year college degree. • 4+ years data analyst experience (data profiling, data mapping, data validation, data manipulation, data analysis, use cases, test cases, etc.) Top technical skills - 1. STRONG SAP experience and background 2. SQL experience 3. Experience with an ELT tool – specifically IDQ. Top soft skills - 1.
