Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Key Areas of Responsibility Developing web applications to company coding standards and quality. Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs. Technically manage complex and large scale project efforts in development, maintenance and enhancements of web and ecommerce applications. Collaborate with other developers and architects to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. Develop system test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished. Proactively updated stakeholders and maintain open and courteous communication. Report project/task status to the appropriate Application Development Manager on a weekly basis.   Qualifications: 5 years in web application development. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent working experience. Expertise in creating web applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, XML, SQL Server. Experience with AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, and layouts and Web 2.0 UI behaviors is a plus. Skilled in three-tier web application development. Experience with source control systems like TFS, Subversion, GIT. eCommerce web development experience preferred.
