·         Migration of on prim 45k mails to Office365

·         Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with various customer stakeholder and CIO-1  

·         Ability to sustain and sail through the  changing dynamics during the course of this migration

·         Knowledge / understanding  of Infra  Exchange/ AD / Office365/ datacenter

·         Host calls with IT and Business partner/BUs to finalize Migration Plan

·         Manage Microsoft for Office365 migration and migration team  

·         Work and co-ordinate with Infra SME for execution.

·         Manage time, set up meetings, very organized,  MS Excel

·         Able to build and track a MS project plan

·         Must have office 365 Migration experience

·         Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis,  and implementation.

·         Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrates project plans into Program Plans.

·         Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team. Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.

·         Develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.

·         Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations.

·         Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, and support and technology groups.

·         Prepare and present progress reports for senior management. 

·         Management of project from original concept through final implementation

·         10 years of IT Project Management experience Infrastructure Datacenter

·         PMP certification is an added advantage
