Job Description

· Project manager for Office365 preferably with Infrastructure Project Management experience, especially who has experience in Mail migration and O365 experience is key

· Migration of on prim 45k mails to Office365

· Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with various customer stakeholder and CIO-1

· Ability to sustain and sail through the changing dynamics during the course of this migration

· Knowledge / understanding of Infra Exchange/ AD / Office365/ datacenter

· Host calls with IT and Business partner/BUs to finalize Migration Plan

· Manage Microsoft for Office365 migration and migration team

· Work and co-ordinate with Infra SME for execution.

· Manage time, set up meetings, very organized, MS Excel

· Able to build and track a MS project plan

· Must have office 365 Migration experience

· Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, and implementation.

· Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrates project plans into Program Plans.

· Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team. Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.

· Develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.

· Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations.

· Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, and support and technology groups.

· Prepare and present progress reports for senior management.

· Management of project from original concept through final implementation

· 10 years of IT Project Management experience Infrastructure Datacenter

· PMP certification is an added advantage

Job Details:

10-15 years of experience required in the Information Technology field

At least 7 years of experience managing and maintaining Solaris SPARC Servers with extensive experience on Solaris 11

At least 7 years of experience maintaining mission critical enterprise systems

Must possess an understanding of network storage concepts and solutions (SAN and NAS devices).

Must possess an advanced understanding of Solaris networking

In-depth understanding and ability to configure various tunable system resource/parameters (Advanced network configuration, Shared memory, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, NTP, FTP, YP, TCP/IP, NFS, drivers, libraries process intercommunication)

Must possess experience administering ZFS storage for Oracle Databases

Experience tuning ZFS storage , shell scripting and auditing a plus

Solaris Auditing experience a plus

Ability to develop strategic technical documentation and written communications relative to field of expertise (policies, process documents, procedural documents and quick reference guides)

Participate in proactive monitoring and support to maintain the health of the global server environment, including regular software and firmware patching.

Work Location would be Chicago. Locals or relocations. No travel candidates please

The Term of the project is minimum 8 months extendable to 14 months.
