Job Description:

·         HR Environments Build Manager

·         Responsible for environment planning and build management activities associated with the Enterprise HR Solutions.

·         Partner with governance organizations and the HR business to ensure successful collaboration and integration into enterprise release and build functions

·         Communicate build schedules and other information to key stakeholders ensuring alignment across project teams and functional partners

·         Lead HR environment build related activities (i.e. environment planning, data conversions, test prep, cutover, stabilization)

·         Escalation point for build risks/issues and partner with corresponding teams to mitigate items as necessary

·         Demonstrate commitment to projects of all sizes to help ensure successful transition from execution to deployment and stabilization

·         Contribute to the enterprise wide initiatives targeted to improve the organization's solution and service offerings

·         Contribute towards the project intake activities and help project managers navigate key dates and milestones required by portfolio management

·         Report key release metrics to management team enabling informed decision making, resourcing and escalation as appropriate

·         Collaborate with environment build management peers to identify opportunities for enterprise-wide improvements
