Duration: 6-12 Months

Job description:

· Definition in ARM Catalog - define strategy to set up roles and then executing the strategy and train the client team on how to set up new roles within the ARM Catalog

· Deliverables: Step-by-Step instructions for creating a role within ARM, and a Plan of Action for how this will be rolled out within client

· Complete an upgrade assessment and determine the process to complete the upgrade

· Deliverable: Implementation guide for preparing and executing an upgrade of the Courion system

· Enhancements of AD Service Groups within entitlements

· Deliverable: AD Service Groups in use by Client are set up within the ARM catalog and client managers can request their staff members be added to them

· Delegate provisioning/de-provisioning strategy and roll-out

· Note: Delegates for client are companies/individuals who do work for client on our behalf Success Criteria: Delegates are being provisioned/de-provisioned in Production without any outstanding issues

· Integration with Service Now for ticketing

· Success Criteria: Tickets are being sent automatically from Courion to Service Now

· Workflow development/revisions to accommodate new processes

· Deliverable: Documentation listing the process and procedures to set up new workflows in Courion, with at least one example of a client workflow fully documented
