Job Title: Business Coordinator/Vendor Analyst

Duration: 18+ Months

Job Location: Irvine, CA

 

-Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.

-Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions.

-Works directly with clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.

-Requires 4-6 years of experience. 

 

Required Skills:

Strong SharePoint administration, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel required.

Excellent communication, follow-up and documentation skills.

Demonstrated strong organization and follow through abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks on short deadlines must be very detail oriented and open to making firm requests from other persons.

Motivated self-starter who functions well in a fast paced, rapidly changing and collaborative team environment.

Exposure to IT sourcing industry, IT security fundamentals, IT project management, IT infrastructure, and IT compliance is a plus.

 

Additional Skills:

The resource will work closely with the Global Sourcing Office (GSO) team with-in the client Organization. In addition to general analyst skills, here are some specific job duties that the resource will be expected to excel in a short period of time:

Process and Project Coordination: Runs day to day operations, document and enhance operational processes and guidelines for outsourcing engagements in areas of:

Infrastructure and Operational coordination (areas like connectivity, VPN, VDI Set Up, Leased line, AD Groups etc.) to support offshore projects

Time Tracking Invoicing & Billing - Investigating invoice issues and allocations.

Raises requests for contracts financial approval as per process

Raises requests for export compliance process.

Risk Management & Security Review and Approvals documentation

Consultant onboarding & location movement/space coordination as requested.

Legal and Compliance related support

 

GSO Sharepoint Management basic administration to upload documents and have working ability to create tables, categorize / generate forms, create views and create surveys/lists using sharepoint. Other tasks will include overall site administration: creating custom lists, adding/updating permissions, updating documents, creating sites as needed.

 

Meetings: The role will attend several meetings with GSO team, vendors and clients – must be comfortable with meeting facilitation, and coordination. Must be comfortable with drafting minutes / action items and distributing them and do follow-ups as needed. The role will be responsible for working with the vendors to answer process related questions, provide security, infrastructure, and Onboarding process walk through as needed.

 

Onboarding: Provide Support for Onboarding, Space Allocation and Invoicing Processes as needed.

 

Compliance: Will work on ensuring that LCA postings are done timely and removed as per the process. The other activities will include management and follow-up of the LCA . Ensure that any client letters are provided to vendors for visas in agreed formats and in compliance with shared export compliance processes.

 

Reporting: Prepare Ad hoc, real-time, and pre-defined reporting for GSO as per agreed formats and data.
