Job Description

·         The Drupal Developer is responsible for the daily development and operations of Drupal websites, including adding and removing functionality and content.  Site maintenance, improving website features, and training content editors are also vital responsibilities of this position.

 

Skills and Qualifications Required:

•  7+ years of Drupal development
• Proficient in Drupal 7.
• Strong PHP (Object Oriented, 5.5+) and MySQL skills
• Ability to create or at a minimum modify Drupal themes
• Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Ability to use CSS to provide consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Experience installing and applying updates to Drupal core and modules
• Experience with performance optimization including SEO
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Capable of working as part of a cross-functional team or individually
• Excellent time management skills. Must be able to work to a schedule and hit deadlines.

 

Preferred:

• Experience creating custom Drupal modules
• Creating multilingual websites
•  Drupal 8
• Experience integrating Drupal with external systems
