· Collaborate and coordinate with the IT Infrastructure & Operations Team to provide seamless system and network support of SAP solution

· Comply with any established level of service and support on SAP systems to ensure minimal system downtime and impact to end users

· Create and maintain production standard operation procedures (SOPs); provide technical leadership in leadership in resolution of development related issues focusing on root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans

· Willingness and ability to work in an on-call environment.
