Need R12 upgrade experience as mandatory,
Look for a strong resource who has done upgrade from 11i version to R12 and he needs to train the existing 11i team on upgrade
Need a senior resource with minimum of 8 Years of IT Experience
Good communication skills required as the resource will be interacting with the client directly
