- Participate in off-hours, weekends and holidays on-call support as required.

- 25% of US and International travel.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work inside a data center environment

- Must be US Citizen or Green card Holder.

Education:

Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience

Required RELATED EXPERIENCE DESIRED; 4-6 years in IT application support positions with high-level problem solving experience. Technical knowledge with most operating systems and utilities.

Familiar with system administration tools and processes.

Ability to write scripts. Comfortable with most aspects of operating system administration and network administration.

Ability to do debugging and modification.
