We've Urgent requirement with one of our direct client for Infrastructure Architect Job opening Location NYC, NY

 

Position: Infrastructure Architect

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 1 year

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

·         Ensure the system design and architecture meet the core technology requirements of the ECTP program in the areas of networking, facilities and infrastructure.

·         Manage and oversee ECTP technology projects ensuring adherence to best practices for public safety.

·         Manage System Integrator work efforts for requirements, design and implementation of server infrastructure, LAN/WAN networking and high availability.

·         Manage the implementation of core technologies for ECTP such as: high availability, networking, emerging server and workstation technologies, systems and availability management.

·         Ensure adherence to Project Management Office policies and procedures.

·         Manage/lead the transition of new technology to production.

·         Lead special projects as assigned.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

·         At least 8 years of experience managing complex Systems Integration Projects

·         Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex systems integration projects with a focus on delivering high availability, fault tolerant solutions across a broad range of technologies.

·         Ensure compliance with ECTP solution development lifecycle including: requirements, design, development, testing, deploying and support focused on the technical infrastructure.

·         Ability to advise management on risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies.

·         Ability to escalate technical and project issues to executive management.

·         Excellent analytical, problem determination,
