Job Description:

The Client seeks a contractor to assist with the design and implementation of Families Accessing Services through Technology reports using Cúram Software, Inc. products. The employee will analyze and identify reporting requirements for client Case Management System reports and develop recommendations to effectively report data of mid to high level complexity related to varied business metrics and for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting reporting solutions, while enhancing existing reports to ensure that solutions continue to meet business needs.

The employee must understand the underlying data sources (databases) and interpret requirements provided by the business to analyze operational issues and develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data via reports and dashboards. These include but are not limited to: report queries, report layouts, any necessary supporting data structures, and Extract Transformation Load required to populate the data structure.

Duties also include gathering and documenting requirements for new reports and changes to existing reports, extraction or collection of data for performing queries and writing reports, and developing and analyzing operational performance metrics and reports to ensure the quality and integrity of extracts through the use of validation and audit strategies. The employee will be responsible for status reporting to the Client Project Manager and for adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

Experience programming and design of large-scale web-based distributed systems.

Experience using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Experience with SQL scripting and Relational Database Modeling.

Experience with structured system development methodologies.

Job Description:

Supports TCoE Management in Automated Test strategy formulation, execution, process improvements, and communication of test strategies to all stakeholders. Analyze business performance, industry trends, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on IT operations; make recommendations on alternative courses of action, including risk assessment, needed to align automated test strategy with agency strategic plan. Requires advanced knowledge of automation frameworks and general management. Additionally, requires good interaction skills with senior client management, with the ability to articulate and defend strategic decisions.

Daily duties include:

Design, Create and maintain the automated testing framework, strategies, and artifacts for agencies, according to the standards and collaborate with stakeholders and executive staff for review and approval

Develop Return on Investment (ROI) evaluation criteria for automated testing

Review and Approve all test approaches and maintenance plans for automated test scripts to ensure test coverage for all applications is complete and planned activities meet ROI criteria

Serve as an escalation point for senior staff in the creation of automated test scripts

Develop and enforce best practices and standards for all automation activities.

Design test data management plans that enable all business models to be tested in an automated fashion

Create, monitor and manage all automated software tool configurations, including IDs, connections, licenses, and permissions.

Work with vendor support teams to troubleshoot tool interfaces

Produce testing metrics and manage communications to executive staff

Create Test Tool installation and upgrade plans taking into consideration project commitments

Perform Test tool installation and upgrades

Monitor tool usage and user counts and troubleshoot testing tool and licensing issues, as needed

Provide support to teams utilizing Test Tools

Act as the primary point of contact for Test Tool vendors

Plan and conduct Proof of Concept studies to evaluate and select automated test tools for new platforms and applications

Procure hardware, software and licensing to support automated testing activities

Perform other support activities for user experience or testing activities.

Perform other tasks upon the request of the DTMB management or executive staff

Must have:

Automated Test Strategy Development for large organizations encompassing complex application frameworks

Working within the Testing phases of the SDLC

Testing integrated SAP, .NET, Java and/or Mainframe applications utilizing Worksoft Certify or another similar automated test tool

Integration of automated test tools with Test Management tools such as TFS, Rational or HP ALM
