Strong troubleshooting skills, and diligent in the pursuit of issue resolutions
Ability to drive things with minimal amount of guidance and meet project deadlines
Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions
Ability to follow or give verbal and written instructions, as applicable
Ability to provide end user documentation and training on new applications that are deployed
