RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Pega Functional Business Analyst conducts analysis, design, development and implementation of Pega solutions that address people, process & technology needs of GBS clients. The consultant applies understanding of business challenges and Pega to develop process solutions, leverages deep process knowledge and broad Pega experience; effectively interacts with client representatives. Responsibilities include requirements definition, process mapping & gap analysis; Pega application design & prototyping.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Technical and Professional Qualifications Description (At least 2 - 4 years of experience in:)	Basic # of Years   Experience	Preferred # of Years Experience
Creating functional business requirements	At least 1 year experience	At least 3 year experience
Hands-on configuration of BPM and CRM processes in Pega	At least 1 year experience	At least 3 year experience
Management consulting in a project team environment	At least 1 year experience	At least 3 year experience
Articulating BPM and CRM technology solutions and program benefits	At least 1 year experience	At least 2 year experience
Developing deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology	At least 1 year experience	At least 2 year experience
