Person should have worked on SharePoint 2010 custom and out of the box implementations (including the following areas)
a. Custom web parts development and deployment
b. Editing / modifying the content using SharePoint Designer 2010
c. Event receivers
d. Workflows (SharePoint Designer 2010 and Visual Studio 2010)
e. Exposure to enterprise features of SharePoint 2010
