Candidates will be responsible for the design, configuration, modification, implementation, testing and support of oracle application modules. Candidates should have complete understanding of ERP implementation cycle and prior implementation experience is a must. Prior experience on salvage implementation and working with global team will be an added advantage. This role might requires being on site in Singapore/US/Dresden.
Pre-requisites:
· This position requires system implementation skills (scoping, planning, requirements gathering, process analysis and mapping, conceptual detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, deployment and support). · Experience with the business processes in respective tracks that you are applying · Must be a good team player and expected to collaborate with team members, business users (onsite and offshore) on a day to day basis · Experience with Oracle AIM implementation & deliverables · Excellent writing skills to include documenting requirements and creating functional and technical specifications · Must have consulting background · Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities · Preferred with experiences on Semicon industry · Minimum degree: Bachelors degree in a related area of study
Oracle Functional Leads · Must have Oracle R12 implementation experience with a min of 7 full life cycle large project implementation for most of the modules within the track that you are applying · Must have minimum of 5 years lead experience for global implementation for MNC companies · Must have minimum of 7 years of experiences with business processes components, module integration and client facing consulting engagement · Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives · Demonstrated success in providing leadership during the facilitation and participation in design workshops, testing cycles and training sessions · Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities · Able to travel minimum 30%

* Expertise in Business Process Analysis, Oracle Application Implementation Methodology
