would like to bring on a person who can analyze the current state of their source code management and provide solution options to implement source code management at enterprise level using the tools listed below :
i. TFS
ii. GitLab
b. Must have extensively worked on source code management projects.
c. Define the process to request projects after the tools are setup.
d. User access management and auditable.
