Additional Description of Services:

       Ability to consult, design, implement, and support applications that utilize Weblogic, Jboss, Apache, IIS, .NET, J2EE, Java, and Tomcat ensuring stability and performance goals are achieved.

       Demonstrated expert knowledge and experience in with Linux/Unix/Solaris and Windows operating systems in a mid- to large-size production environment.

       Shell scripting or python experience in server administration and automation.

 

Years of web application and system support experience in the following areas:

 

·         IIS administration

·         Middleware administration such as WebLogic, WebSphere or Jboss

·          Large IT environment, supporting multiple computing environments, operating systems and hardware platforms.

·          Certificate management and implementation. o Windows 2003/2008 support.

·          UNIX (Red hat / SuSe Linux) administration and shell scripting.

·          oNDM configuration and support o SQL querying(Oracle and MSSQL Server) Preferred Skills

·         Self starter with desire to understand work and project objectives, not just execute.

·          Have strong customer service skills that help deliver quality results in a demanding environment

·         Ability to manage stress and remain professional in a rapidly changing environment.

·         Ability to comprehend complex issues and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

·         Ability to creatively solve problems, design new environments and implement solutions and technologies with automation and process improvements in mind.

·          Demonstrated ability to determine key needs, diagnose and address problems, assess risk and drive issues to resolution

·          Flexibility in managing multiple deliverables to complete projects in a timely fashion.

·          Must have strong troubleshooting skills.

·          Excellent communication skills are a must, as this role requires daily interfaces with a variety of business and IT partners (i.e. Business Partners, Application Development Teams, DBAs, SA).

·          Individual should also have excellent analytic skills and technical documentation skills.

·          Proven high performer who is self-directed.
