Location: Danville, PA

Duration:6 Months contract.

 

Job Description:

A number of these apps consist of VB6 and they need to moved into the .Net world. The manager is not concerned if the person doesn't have VB6 but he does want to make sure they understand the VB6 code. This person needs to understand how VB6 code works and be able to read it. Half of the new development will be winforms development and the other half will be web based. The workflow engine being used is tibco. This team uses Oracle at the backend.   Top 3 Skills (stack ranked) :   1.) 3-4 Years of VB.Net OR C#.Net web AND client server development experience 2.) Previous experience working with Oracle 3.) Previous experience gathering requirements from the users.
