This position is for a senior technical Analyst work within a BI Analytics environment using Oracle's OBIEE product suite. In this role, this individual will be accountable for delivery of the final architectural solution based on the business requirements. They will be required to interface with business customers, as well as the various IT application teams that include executive management, business analyst, project managers, development, and infrastructure, on a daily basis. He or she must be a leader that is delivery focused and can communicate objectives and approaches with business and technical team members. When presented with problems, this person must develop and be able to present multiple solutions/approaches to solve the problem. They are expected to develop new solutions and approaches and to encourage others to do the same. Status-quo should not be part of their vocabulary.

Key Job Responsibilities
Interact with Business and IT team members to move the project forward on a daily basis.
Developing architectural solutions utilizing Oracle Technologies, OBIEE, and ETL Technologies
Lead the development of the data model for dimensions and fact
Work with development to identify approaches and technologies to ensure performance
Ensuring the solution has conformity with existing dimensions and facts
Work with BSA and development teams in discovery of new data sources
Work with BSA team in the development of detail System Requirements and Test Cases
Work with Business and IT to identify performance issues, and fix those issues
Develop prototypes for helping business understand concepts and direction
Work with project management to provide estimates of project costs and timelines
Understand business change requests and how to manage business expectations..
