Required Skills and Responsibilities:

 

Mandatory Skills: Human Services, ILOG JRules or Blaze Advisor, Structured Query Language, ODBC, DB2, PL-SQL, XML, Microsoft Office 2007/2010

Desired Skills: Experience in use of FICO Blaze Advisor software

 

Skills and Responsibilities:

·         Experience related to Human Services business areas

·         Medicaid Eligibility

·         Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)

·         Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

·         Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

·         Child Care

Basic Care Business rules development experience including use of software such as Fair Isaac Blaze or IBM ILOG JRules Proven design, development, and testing skills Primary skill set includes experience with rules engine software including ILOG JRules or Blaze Advisor, Structured Query Language, ODBC, DB2, PL-SQL, XML, Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Secondary skill set/considerations include other rules engine tools, C++, JAVA, Oracle, Adabas, ClearCase, Subversion, Power Designer, IBM TIM/TAM, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Business Modeler, WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, WebSphere Transformation Extender Knowledge and experience developing business rules using rules engines Good working knowledge of relational databases Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product Strong interpersonal and communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency. Good time management skills with an understanding of project management concepts Organizational, leadership, decision making, and communication skills. Strong team orientation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 

Strong consideration will be given to individuals with the following training and/or certifications: Experience in use of FICO Blaze Advisor software

Rules Engine Specialist Experience Requires a minimum of 3 years of current experience in this role

Rules Engine Specialist - Notes relative to experience Increasingly complex - relates to numbers and types of application development projects involved, numbers and types of business functional areas involved, numbers and types of interorganizational/intraorganizational issues to be considered, and numbers and types of information technology components used Increasingly responsible - relates to the individual's role on a project.
