- 7+ years of in depth experience with .Net, C#, ASP.net, MS Sql Server, stored procedures, and web services.
- Proven application design experience on a complex application utilizing Object-Oriented design and development.
- 5+ years of experience leading the technical aspects of projects, managing resource assignments and workloads.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience developing software lifecycle documentation including: Function Design Documents, Technical Design documents, test plans, test scripts, and implementation documentation.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills as they will be interacting directly with internal business partners.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with rules based systems and workflow systems.
- Application and SQL Performance tuning
- Prior work experience refactoring complex code to simplify it
- Prior work experience with test driven development
- Production support experience.
