{Job Junction} Urgent Requirement :: C/C++/C# SDET engineers

Title: C/C++/C# SDET engineers

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ months

The Sr. Test Engineer who is responsible for testing and developing applications that sit across multiple devices such as the Xbox, Xbox kinnect, Xbox live, the PC and the Mobile phone.  They work very closely with every group within Media Room such as the Front End Developers, QA Testers, Program Managers and third party developers to make sure their applications are robust and can be supported on the devices.  Listed below is the description of the candidates that he is looking for immediately:

Must have:

·         Sound fundamental skills in Languages: C#;C,C++ within either development and/or test (other languages can be Java;PL/SQL;T-SQLC/C++)

·         Experience testing or developing applications on multiple platforms or devices

·         Basic knowledge within other Technologies: AJAX;ASP,ASP.NET;ADO.NET

 

Nice to have:

·         Knowledge or experience with portable devices or XBOX development experience

·         Testing or Development experience at Microsoft

·         History developing or testing a public interface

 

Relevant Prior Employers of interest:

·         RIM

·         Quantenna

·         Marvell

·         Motorola

·         Broadcom

·         Belkin

·         Lincsys

 

      For Clarity/Completeness:

·         If a candidate cannot interrogate and execute C/C++ and/or C#, they should not be considered.

·         If a candidate has no prior Testing experience, they can still be considered for Test opportunities (what we consider as a Tester, most companies consider Developers).
