PRIMARY PURPOSE: Looking for a detail oriented, solutions-focused NetSuite Developer / Admin. Using the NetSuite platform, the candidate will play a critical role in designing, enhancing and implementing an effective and scalable solution across many business functions. The candidate will work collaboratively to deliver solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders throughout the business.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Analyze business and technical requirements, with particular regard to their impact on existing systems and environments, to produce a comprehensive business and system design
2. Primary technical resource to finalize business and technical requirements necessary to design, develop, test and implement solutions on the NetSuite platform
3. Work with requirement owners to estimate and prioritize user systems requests
4. Advise on how to leverage out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions, as well as when to customize
5. Advise on cross-functional projects to re-engineer business processes and adapt systems to develop effective solutions that result in efficiency gains
6. Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards
7. Work with application support staff to assist users in performing daily functions on client's ERP platforms
8. Create comprehensive technical requirements documentation and provide training to stakeholders
9. Manage release preview and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
10. Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows
11. Develop, launch and manage in-depth Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual level

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
