Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location : Hawthorne, CA(locals only)

Duration: 6+ months

Manufacturing experience is MUST

Description Overview:

Overview: * The Business System Analyst will be a general purpose expert in the wide variety of software solutions the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) group develops and supports including supply chain, planning, manufacturing, mission, reusability, human resources, quality, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Documents business software requirements by studying business functions, gathering information from users, and evaluating output
• Assists Application Product Managers to support large software implementations and existing applications
• Works with software engineers to develop and implement application features and bug fixes
• Develops and maintains software application documentation
• Provides support to users to enable them to use the software appropriately or to report bugs where necessary
• Develop and maintain alerts for the business
• Tests software implementations, features, and bug fixes

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Strong overall software skills, excellent customer service/interaction skills and superior organizational skills. 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

•  One to three years of experience working with business software and its users
•  Basic understanding of programming and/or SQL query
•  Exposure to ERP systems
•  Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
•  Comfortable with Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•  Ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of personnel within the Company
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Excellent planning and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task
•  Work well in a team environment
•  Have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Local candidates only

Required experience:

•  Manufacturing experience is must and experience required: 10 years
