Job Title: Integration Analyst
Location: Troy, MI
Duration: 6+month
Must Have Skills:
· 2+ years formal solution and implementation experience
· Must have 2+ years of experience in Middleware technologies & Integration Platforms (EAI/SOA/ESB/BPM)
· Must have an understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB/BPM concepts, Event Driven Architecture, J2EE design patterns, frameworks and enterprise integration patterns
· Hands-on experience with open source BPM and integration platforms ( i.e. Mule ESB, Talend ESB, Apache ServiceMix, JBoss Fuse ESB, JBPM, Activiti, Drools, etc. . .)
· Must have strong experience with Messaging (JMS, MQ etc) and Message Oriented Middleware
· Must have strong experience with XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, and REST
· 5+ years overall IT experience involving:
· Agile Methodologies
· Object Oriented Analysis and Design
· Design Patterns
· Must have excellent communication skills written as well as verbal; must be able to articulate the value proposition of solution/services to senior teams from client/prospect
· Must be able to facilitate large working groups and translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions by planning, developing and refining to-be architecture
· Must have ability to estimate development effort
· Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
· Prefer some experience in database schema design and development
· Prefer some experience in design and development of event processing based applications
Desired Skills:
· 2+ years formal solution implementation experience
· Must have 2+ years of experience in Middleware technologies & Integration Platforms (EAI/SOA/ESB/BPM)
· Business Analyst experience of 1+ yrs is a MUST as it is a Techno-Functional role.
