•      Extensive experience in HP ALM - able to assist other teams in using ALM and applying best practices to test case writing and defect management

•      ALM Admin experience

•      Extensive knowledge test case writing frameworks and best practices

•      Strong test process experience

•      Strong soft skills - able to interact with other teams, lead conversations, teach, and mentor others on testing

•      Strong test coordination and facilitation stills

•      Effective communicator at varying organizational levels

•      Able to execute and/or coordinate the execution of manual test cases as needed

•      Able to produce meaningful testing metrics and status reports
