Description:

·         Should have minimum 10 years of Experience.

·         Strong project management skills and experience working of large software applications.

·         Strong risk management experience

·         Strong critical path management experience

·         Project metrics reporting knowledge

·         Excellent team building skills

·         Team player

·         Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written

·         Ability to work with all levels in the organization

·         Strong experience with the following:

o   Communication  planning

o   Issue management

o   Risk management

o   Planning processes

o   Project scheduling

·         Ability to meet tight timelines

·         Organizational Skills

·         Proactive on issues

·         Strong presentation/facilitation skills

·         MS Project experience

·         Agile/Scrum project management experience

 

Strongly Desired skills:

·         Knowledge of Clarity

·         Insurance project experience

·         Knowledge of Rally
