They spent millions of dollars with some firm in Texas to do market studies on their clientele and the demographics. The results were great but they now needs to take the findings and implement them in to their web site and their direct marketing.

Additional Job Info:

This person will be on a team of 7 other JAVA developers and there is a potential to roll longer or perm. They also have their teams split in to 6 different SCRUM teams and 5 of those teams these candidates could move to and from. They are also working with Sybase, Jboss, and eclipse. These positions are open because one of the candidates is having performance issues and the other is having immigration issues. "We're basically looking for core senior level java developers who have the ability to float from the front end JSP, to mid-tier servlets and struts code, to backend (POJO) services. They don't have to be experts in all tiers, but familiar enough to code in them if needed. A history of good automated unit testing skills (jUnit) is highly preferred. Experience with web services using SOAP and/or REST is nice, but not critical. Same with Hibernate. Most importantly, clear and strong communication skills and a PASSION for software development are a must.

Thanks,
