Job Title: PeopleSoft Conversion Lead

Duration: 6-9 Months

Location: MN

 

Job Description-

 

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves ownership of and responsibility for the conversion for the re-implementation of PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 into PeopleSoft version 9.1.  This includes conversion of 85,000 employees across delivered and custom modules, including HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management.

 

·         Running, coordinating, and tracking the execution of conversion processes for mock conversions and the go-live conversion

·         Summarization and reporting of conversion results for management review

·         Identify and document the symptoms, causes, and solutions to conversion issues
Complete coding on new, complex and involved conversions
Efficient at planning and executing unit tests of conversions
Able to provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues to lower level staff on a project team

·         Able to vary work schedule, conversions sometimes require off-hours work effort
 

Qualifications:

·         Organized and meticulous, especially in tracking execution and results

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Multiple experiences leading large-scale conversion efforts

·         5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience required.

·         5+ years experience using PeopleTools (example - Application Designer) required.

·         5+ years experience using PeopleCode required.

·         5+ years Unit Testing Experience (Manual Testing) required.

·         Bachelors Degree is preferred.

·         PeopleSoft version 9 a plus
