Job Description
This team offers training and helpful automated tools to the product solutions leadership and analyst community. The team supports and enhances a fully-customized and streamlined SharePoint site which has helped to revolutionize SharePoint usage within the client community. This role will receive and fulfill initial design and business/systems requirements by researching, experimenting, developing, modifying, testing, and integrating customized web applications into SharePoint to enhance current capabilities and refine existing architecture.
A SharePoint Developer is needed for the product solutions Learning and Performance team. The successful candidate should be experienced developing, testing, debugging, and integrating web-based applications in HTML, JavaScript, and XML. The candidate should also be familiar with designing/developing within MS SharePoint 2010 (code-view), and utilizing SharePoint web parts.
REQUIRED Technology Skills
- Expert-Level knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML to produce web applications
that can read, process, and display complex data.
- Intermediate SharePoint page development with web parts (At least some experience
desired, but will train)
- Experience designing and building reliable web applications
- Intermediate graphic design skills (Expert desired), including the ability to develop
attractive and professional images consistent with course look-and-feel using SnagIt,
PowerPoint , Macromedia Fireworks or Photoshop.
DESIRED Technology Skills
- Experience developing in SharePoint 2010 Designer
- Experience customizing or producing new SharePoint web parts
- Expert User Interface (UI) and graphics designer
- Experience with Adobe Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in developing, contributing to, and accessing wikis, blogs, and social media
tools
- Experience in Microsoft .Net or other web-based languages
Other REQUIRED Skills
- Self-motivated to ensure applications are built correctly, fully-tested, work reliably, and are

Job Description :
Experience with Informatica 9 required.
Informatica certification required
Minimum 5-7 years' experience with ETL, business intelligence tools, data analysis, validation techniques, and reporting, required.
Proven experience leading a small group of developers, including assigning and overseeing tasking, contributing to performance evaluations, mentoring, and coaching in technical or non-technical areas.
Demonstrated experience coordinating software development activities, implementing best practices, and managing release schedules for Informatica.
Technical experience in data warehouse projects.
2-3 years of Teradata experience
Experience with star-schema data structures, a variety of ETL and OLAP tools.
3-5 years of UNIX experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Details:
WAS. Support Analysts also participate in product maintenance and upgrade projects. The successful candidate will have strong Linux/AIX and/or UNIX skills.Resources in this area work standard business hours (M-F, 8-5), with the expectation of rotating off-shift, remote support (pager/cell phone) availability.
