Experience: - Experience building Android or iOS Mobile Applications (SDK) - HTML5 - CSS3 - Javascript - jQuery - Atlassian Suite Qualifications: · BA/BS, preferably in management or a related technical subject area (technical, analysis, or mathematics) Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security (Active DHS clearance is a plus – U.S. Citizenship is a requirement). · 1+ years of design experience with focus on UI / UX and rapid prototyping of mobile applications · Mobile experience requirement may be substituted for equivalent knowledge in the mobile space, or a demonstrated ability in similar technologies coupled with a passion and drive to excel in the mobile space · Preferred: Experience scripting (shell, PHP) · Demonstrates very good written and oral presentation skills and outstanding client-interaction skills. · Thinks creatively and demonstrates the ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight. The incumbent should be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to work alone or in groups. · Demonstrates a strong understanding of the design and architecture of complex information systems and the ability to communicate operational use of those systems to others. · Demonstrates ability to support and assess technical requirements, and translate those needs into an actionable environment architecture, business, and technical process. · Demonstrates ability to support and assess business needs, and translate those needs into an actionable mobile development plans, tasks, and delivery. · Demonstrates ability to manage multiple independent threads of work and interaction simultaneously. · Demonstrates ability to manage complex, detailed processes and procedures, and the ability to translate details into actionable, understandable tasks for self and others. · You thrive in a dynamic work environment, exhibiting ability to be flexible and a strong team-player. • Preferred Experience: Consulting in a Federal agency |
