MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Understanding of software development and the software testing lifecycle, as well as experience in applying software testing techniques, processes, and tools.
Hands-on experience in developing testing artifacts -performance test scripts, scenarios, monitors
Experience in conducting performance tuning in different categories: network, system, platform and application
Experience in diagnosing complex performance issues based on analysis of performance tests execution results (Load, Stress, Scalability) and in developing recommended solutions
Ability to prepare and run performance benchmark tests
Build Capacity Planning/Sizing models
Should have diverse experience and interests.
Should have experience with web based application software
Should be able to see the big picture/system understanding with capability/potential to dive into low level details to support problem isolation
Good understanding of operating systems, especially memory management, processing and file system structure.
Proven development capabilities in one of the following languages: Java, C++, C.
