tooling
o Exposure to procure mechanical parts
o Exposure to tooling, vave activity, cosmetics process
o Expertise in Global sourcing
o Good contacts and exposure to various supplier base in India ,
Malaysia,singapore,china,korea,Italy,Portugal,Taiwan etc
o Vendor selection
o P.O / INVOICE / PAYMENT closures

• Required Skills:
o Experience as a Mechanical sourcing is an added advantage
o Exposure to PLM
o Exposure to Product Cosmetics & Process
o Expertise in Global sourcing
o Project management
o Supply chain management for large and medium sized projects

Role Details

• Exposure in technology like IMD,IML,2 K Molding,
• Exposure in Product Decoration / Cosmetics like VM, NCVM,
Painting
• Experienced in Mechanical project management in Mobile/
telecom, automobile, electronics, consumer industrial segment
• Exposure to High volume production and productionizing
• Exposure to mech software like Pro-Engineer Wild fire,
Unigraphics- NX4 , CATIA – V5 , Solid Works
• Exposure to plastics and sheet metal process
• Exposure to jigs / fixtures manufacturing and usage
• Knowledge in compliance data
• Knowledge in reliability test
• Knowledge in electrical field especially
