Location: Palo Alto, CA
Duration: 12 Months+ Description: These are main domains for the

• Channel Partner Management
• Business Analytics and Reporting
• Master Data Management
• Customer Relationship Management (Service)
• End-to-End Order Fulfillment
• Hi-tech Manufacturing
• Finance
Ability to act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
Ø Ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and
Business Executives
Ø Knows how to extract & document business requirements from
business / SMEs
Ø Ability to define business requirements to provide
recommendations and solutions for complex problems
Ø Proven background in business process and business requirements
reengineering
Ø Experience with SAP CRM 2007,ICWC, Service ticket, service
order, individual object, Inbox configuration, Email etc
Ø Experience in Master data management - Business partners,
Installed Base management, Product , BOMs etc
Ø Experience with data archiving is a plus
Ø Knowledge of testing , development of test cases etc.
