Role:  Sr. Build/Release Engineer

Location: RTP | NC

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Primary Responsibilities

Candidates will manage code deployments across ~6 OpenStack environments.
Must have a deep understanding of version control systems (Git, Gerrit,...), including branching and merging strategies.  Experience with software build tools and continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins.  Must have experience with Linux environments and scripting languages, mostly Python.  Experience working with cloud platforms technologies (OpenStack, CEPH, etc.) and cloud automation tools (Chef, Puppet).  Release engineer, builds, and pushing out updates.
