Job Title: Senior IBM WCS consultant (Minimum 12+ years overall experience with IBM WCS or Sterling Commerce)
Work Location: Mason, OH

Salary: $120K Per Annum
Client Name: One of the big implementation partners located globally
Visa Status: GC / USC / GC-EAD only
Interview Mode: Telephonic + Skype
Required Skills:
12+ years of previous experience overall with strong experience in e-commerce (Sterling Commerce & WCS) for B2B and B2C implementations & support, preferably within the Education
He/she should be a senior project manager with experience in e-commerce and have strong expertise on Sterling Commerce and WCS
Should be able to anchor the B2B, B2C migration projects along with ongoing e-commerce support
Good organizational & interpersonal skills & should have good communicator, both written and verbal
Delivery focused with the ability to prioritize activities
Ability to mentor team members and champion best practice in the e-commerce (WCS) development techniques
Flexible team player within a small, multi-disciplinary team.
Possesses drive, demonstrable initiative and a strong work ethic
Job Description:
Responsible for complex development projects executed in IBM WCS
Perform the role of a client PM focused on executing projects to schedule and cost
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Should be a manager with ability to manage technical projects without losing sight of the big picture
Certified IBM WCS and Agile experience will be a plus
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to build strong and trusted relationships with mid-senior leadership in past engagements
Strong change management skills
