Note: Financial experience is mandatory.
Description:
Ability to understand the Business Problem
Excellent Analytical and logical reasoning
Strong experience in working with digital banking solutions
Preferably working experience in projects related to Web-based applications, Mobile Applications
Strong background in business analysis and possess a high level of comfort with Technology
Must have strong working knowledge on Agile & waterfall model.
Knowledge on BA tools and exceptional Documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good listening skills.
Excellent presentation skills both internally and in customer environments
Displays Leadership qualities
Must be creative, self-motivated, result-oriented, and pragmatic.
Ability to coordinate & lead small teams and run effective meetings.
Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal customers.
Ability to organize and multitask on different projects.
