Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
 
Required:
10+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in providing/managing IT Infrastructure.
Understanding and involvement in Linux systems administration.
Experience supporting VMWARE infrastructure in a large enterprise environment.
Understanding and involvement in typical scripting languages (shell/bash, perl, python, ruby)
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies like Ansible, Terraform, Salt, Chef, Puppet.
Experience supporting high-traffic web applications (LAMP/Postgres, log analysis, load balancers).
Cloud Management/Virtualization (i.e. Amazon EC2 and S3 or others) experience a plus
Experience with automated scripts for monitoring or analyzing the operation of infrastructure, including Nagios scripts, log file reporting, Spacewalk/RedHat Satellite and Puppet scripts
