Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain ETL solutions that meet business needs. This includes but is not limited to ETL scripts, semantic layers, data marts, stored procedures, and functions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including data models, data workflow diagrams, and design documents.
- Collaborate with the Data Insights & Analytics team and other IT resources throughout the development lifecycle; enforcing best practices where necessary.
- Analytically come up with improved and more efficient processes for IT and business users.
- Participate in project teams to deliver new BI and Analytics solutions or enhance current ones.
- Provide support of existing applications and services provided by the Data Insights & Analytics team.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems. Collaborate with business units and team members to determine root cause and appropriate functional solutions.
- Quality assurance testing of ETL solutions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Additional duties as identified.
Qualifications/Requirements: - University degree or College diploma in the field of Information Technology; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing ETL and data warehouse solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Azure products. ADF, Data Bricks, and Python experience is a definite asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ETL scripts and tools. Experience with ADF, Data Bricks, Python, SSIS, SSAS, and T-SQL is a must.
- Demonstrated proficiency with relational databases. Experience with SQL Server databases and SQL scripting is a must.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet delivery commitments while maintaining accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers.
- Working knowledge of Information Technology concepts and principles, theories and functions of computer systems, and principles and techniques of IT documentation.
- Solid understanding and proven experience in requirements definition and management techniques including business process, use case, workflow, and data modeling.
- Proven analytical abilities and ability to understand system architecture and the integration of system components.
- Azure certification is a definite asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with HR terms and ideas is a definite asset.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Talend BigData Hartford – CT 3-6 months contract Skills : TALEND ETL, Kafka, PL/SQL, Oracle S3 Snowflake Hadoop Exp : 6 to 10 years Position Responsibility: Primary Skills - Talend ETL concepts Oracle S3 Snowflake Hadoop data bases and different file systems (JSON XML)
- Analyze design implement and maintain high volume data warehouse robust and fast ETL applications
- Advanced ETL development using Talend Big data platform
- Be a senior technical player on complex ETL development projects with multiple team members
- Develop relevant functional and technical documentation Lead design and develop data warehouse solutions using different architecture design and modeling techniques
- Work with business users to translate requirements into system flows data flows data mappings etc and develop solutions to complex business problems
- Interpret business requirements and convert them into technical requirements
- Define use cases and test scenarios
- Understand the business requirements and analyze the requirements by coordinating with business users
- Raise queries wherever the design requirements are not clear enough and work on getting the responses from different stakeholders
- Provide data architecture solutions
- Perform code review and coordinate with different stakeholders from onsite and offshore
- Should have excellent client interfacing skills and should be able to coordinate meeting with all stake holders
Position Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in ETL and 3+ years of experience in Talend.
- Experience in different data bases like Oracle Hadoop S3 and Snowflake
- Experinece in different file systems like XML JASON.
- Knowledge to operate with defect management tools such as JIRA QC Rally etc.
- Ability to work in sprints (agile project)
- Should have a thorough understanding of Agile framework
- Must have good communication skills in order to liaise with the customer stakeholders
- Functional knowledge on insurance domain is preferred
Onsite ReactJS developer with Dot Net experience Phoenix, AZ or Louisiville, KY ( required onsite from septemeber) Contract
Roles & Responsibilities : Associate must have experience in ReactJS Dot Net Stored procedure and handled Sr. SQL developer role. Associate must directly interact with the customer and provide the requirements outcome as expected by the customer. Associate must interested to learn new technologies and flexible in work timings. Associate must participate in the below activities
1. Requirement Gathering to understand the technical requirements from business requirements
2. Requirement analysis
3. Design and provide appropriate solutions
4. Coding & Unit testing
5. System testing support to fix defects 6. User Acceptance testing support to fix defects
7. Warranty support
