Title: Software Quality Assurance Tester

Location: Olympia, WA (Looking for Locals or who can come for a in person interview) 

Duration: 1 year with a possible extension of one more year

PROJECT BACKGROUND

Our client is looking for SQA Tester who are local to WA or can come in person to WA

 

PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK

Client  seeks Senior level Software Quality Assurance Testers that perform testing duties in support

 

Key responsibilities include the following:

·      Perform and /or manage system, regression, and user acceptance testing for SCDX and INH projects using both manual and automated test processes with all assignments and work products being delivered and subject to review and approval by the ISD Test Team Lead.

·      Creates and maintains detailed test plans, test conditions, test criteria, test cases, test scripts, test cycles, test data, and issues logs.

·      Determines if the application performs according to the requirements.

·      Determines business impact, resolves, or escalates issues resulting from failed tests.

·      Regression tests the application when defects have been corrected and resubmitted to AOC.

·      Participates in all phases of testing: planning, executing, troubleshooting, and reporting.

·      Works closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, testers and court customers.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or closely allied field.
Minimum of five (5) years dedicated software quality assurance testing experience for critical statewide or agency applications.
Experience creating and executing user acceptance test plans.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities	Years of Experience	Page(s) & Paragraph(s) where document in resume
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
An understanding of court business processes and court data.
Experience working with IBM Rational ClearQuest® for quality assurance testing.
