A mid-level developer is generally familiar with more than one front-end, middle-tier and back-end technologies such as:  iOS, Android, Windows, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JSP, JAVA, J2EE, EJB, Objective C, JDBC, XML, JSON, SQL, Oracle and other technologies with emphasis toward mobile application development and design of native or cross-platform nature.

A Mid-level developer may also possess specialized skills in designing augmented reality applications.
