Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: - Telephonic Hire Only Need Only USC, GC OR EAD GC Qualifications: 5 -10 years Software Testing Experience 4 + years proven ERP system testing experience Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 or higher Candidate must be able to map requirements to test scripts and validate not only documented requirements but validate current functionality against identified business processes and test scenarios. Candidate must have exemplified superior knowledge in understanding of business requirements, processes and implementation approaches for three or more of the following PeopleSoft HRMS modules: PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, PeopleSoft Payroll, PeopleSoft Time & Labor or General Ledger Interface Technical proficiency with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently Senior level knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices Understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle Ability to execute functional, system, integration, regression, and various other types of testing as appropriate Experience with Test Cast Management tools, Quality Center and TFS a plus Experience with Defect Tracking tools (i.e. Quality Center, Jira) Experience testing Client/Server and Web/Internet Applications Ability to executing functional, system, integration, regression, and various other types of testing as appropriate Ability to create and execute test plans and test cases Experience with data validation
