QA Delivery Lead Responsibilities & Skill Set
Responsibilities
Leads QA project (large and complex) across test teams and test phases
Orchestrates tactical delivery plan, activities and changes across testing teams, working closely with QA leaders, PM, Env. Mgr., and Release Manager
Aligns End-2-End test strategy and plans
Responsible for preparing and presenting integrated QA view
Develops gate review prep and final closure reports
Resolves top or aging issues/risks
Responsible for communicating to senior management about high sev./priority defects and fix plans
Responsible and Accountable for QA consolidated and executive project status
Responsible for coordinating tactical changes  (CRs, strategy/plan) with EQA Functional Teams

 

Skills
Excellent communications skills – Balance of business and technical
Interpersonal influence – Up to Director level, Teams (App Dev, QA, business)
Project Management and planning skills (including estimation)
Proactive and persistent issue and risk management
Experience in Large-scale SDLC including testing/QA experience
Communications industry knowledge
