Performance QA requirement: BMC
Duration: 6mths
Location: San Jose, CA
Experience: 
·         Automated Test Tools experience (Borland Silk Performer) (Must)
·         Execute detailed benchmarks and performance tests to cover performance and scalability under load (Must)
·         Generate/assemble test datasets to support performance testing. (Must)
·         Familiar with the concept of performance testing (including over WAN), load testing, stress testing to identify breaking point, and endurance testing.
·         Familiar with Web infrastructure including load balancer
·         Familiar with BMC Remedy application will be a huge plus
Qualification: 
·         A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to generate performance/benchmark reports
·         2-4 years of performance and scalability testing experience
·         2-4 years of experience in software product development
·         Working knowledge of Windows and Linux with the ability to capture performance counters (Must)
·         Experienced with common scripting languages (for example Perl, Python, Java)
