Technical/Functional Skills   -MUST HAVE SKILLS	·        Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience. ·        Experience in architecting ServiceNow solutions. ·        Experience architecting and designing web-based solutions. ·        Experience customizing and enhance ServiceNow ·        Experience converting business requirements into technical solutions ·        Experience configuring and customize all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.) ·        Experience developing integration components (SSO, LDAP, SSL, etc.) ·        Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.) ·        Experience working with geographically distributed teams a plus. ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
